These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and gb99bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through gb99bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

The platform offers casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and other sporting events), and related promotional services. All services are provided in English and are subject to the terms set out in this document.

These Terms should be read alongside the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gb99bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

gb99bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through a notice on the platform or via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal registered user account created by you on gb99bet.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in your account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by gb99bet subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the user via approved payment methods.
• "Wager" — any bet or stake placed on a casino game or sports event through the platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational and promotional scheduling on gb99bet.

gb99bet supports a range of payment methods specifically tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the limits and processing times outlined in this section.

Deposits

Bank and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gb99bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it may be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. gb99bet does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

gb99bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated account has outstanding KYC requirements, active bonus wagering obligations, or suspected fraudulent activity flags.

Currency & Exchange

All transactions on gb99bet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. If your payment method charges in a different currency, your financial institution will apply the applicable exchange rate, and any resulting exchange fees are your responsibility.

As a registered user of gb99bet, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms. You assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who gained access to your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated deceptive play.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information during the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without the explicit written consent of gb99bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected malfunction may be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the gb99bet platform or any games hosted thereon.

Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any security vulnerability, bug, or error on the platform, you are obligated to report it to gb99bet immediately via support@gb99bet rather than exploit it for personal gain. gb99bet may, at its discretion, reward responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities.

gb99bet provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb99bet expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

gb99bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. gb99bet will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any unplanned interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gb99bet's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb99bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or gb99bet had been advised of their possibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

gb99bet reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of these Terms or the platform itself at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Where amendments materially affect user rights or obligations, gb99bet will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice — typically via a notice posted on the platform homepage or an email to the user's registered address.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at support@gb99bet.

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting gb99bet support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real money funds with no wagering restrictions will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Account Suspension or Closure by gb99bet

gb99bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Abusive behaviour directed toward support staff or other users.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the user's financial institution.
• An account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by gb99bet due to a Terms violation, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate real money funds not subject to any dispute or investigation will be returned via the registered payment method following conclusion of any necessary review process.
